MyKayla Geary is a junior from Houston, Texas majoring in economics and ESS (Education, Schooling, and Society), with a minor in sociology. Her research interests include education policy and educational equity, including best practices for creating inclusive classroom environments in which students are able to thrive. Outside of the NDIAS, MyKayla has served on the executive board of Notre Dame's Diversity Council and the Student Government Gender Relations Committee. She currently serves as Cavanaugh Hall's chair of inclusivity.
