Resilience Film Series: Time

The final installment of the Notre Dame Institute for Advanced Study's Resilience Film Series is an intimate yet epic love story filmed over two decades that garnered an Oscar nomination for Best Documentary. In the film, indomitable matriarch Fox Rich strives to raise her six sons and keep her family together as she fights for her husband's release from the Louisiana State Penitentiary, commonly known as Angola.

There will be a panel discussion following the screening featuring Tracie Canada (Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Africana Studies), Dory Mitros Durham (Associate Director of the Klau Center for Civil and Human Rights), and Jimmy Gurulé (Faculty Director of the Exoneration Justice Clinic).
